Who we are

Cradle & Coos provides pregnancy, birth, and postpartum matching and concierge support, primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area, with providers also listed in Los Angeles and Miami. Contact us atinfo@cradleandcoos.com.

Information we collect

This static website does not include a first-party contact or newsletter form. If you email us, schedule a call, complete intake, apply as a provider, or purchase a gift card, those third-party tools collect the information you submit.

Third-party services

• Google Calendar for scheduling
• Typeform for family intake
• Airtable for provider applications
• Gift Up for gift card purchases
• BabyList if you add a gift card to a registry
• Spotify for podcast embeds on selected posts
• Google Analytics (measurement ID G-9F0D2P30BE) unless disabled in deployment config
• OpenWidget chat, only if the site owner enables it

Each of those providers processes data under their own policies.

Cookies and analytics

If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set cookies or similar identifiers to understand page views. You can disable this by setting PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID=off at deploy time.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell visitor personal information. We use it to respond to inquiries and to operate the service.

Site content is for general information and does not constitute medical advice. Doulas and other listed providers are independent professionals. Package ranges published on this site are typical, not a quote. Booking, matching, and payment happen through the processes we share after you contact us.
